"Off" is only as good as the software saying it
Your phone is always reaching out to towers, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices. Settings can be switched back on, and spyware won't announce itself. A Faraday pouch stops the signal before it can leave.
Stop the pings
While sealed, your phone can't connect to towers, Wi-Fi or GPS, so it can't report where you are.
Shut out what you can't see
Worried about spyware, a tracker or a compromised phone? Physical shielding works no matter what the software is doing.
Disconnect on demand
Meetings, interviews, travel, dinner, sleep. No buzzes, no pings, until you decide to take it out.
Signal blocking you can carry every day
Blocks every signal
Nickel-copper shielding stops incoming and outgoing cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS signals when the flap is closed.
MIL-STD-188-125 certified
Certified to a US military standard for shielding against electromagnetic signals.
No settings to change
A physical barrier around your phone. Take it out and you're reconnected, exactly as you left it.
One-fold magnetic closure
Neodymium magnets snap the flap shut in a single fold. The centered pull tab gets you back in fast.
Rear belt loop
Wear it on your belt to keep your phone close and your hands and pockets free.
Built for daily carry
Abrasion-resistant ballistic nylon in an understated black that fits work, travel and everyday gear.
Test it in 30 seconds
- Seal your phone inside and fold the flap closed.
- Call it from another phone. It shouldn't ring. The call goes straight to voicemail.
- Take it out and watch your signal come right back.

Faraday phone pouch FAQ
Is a Faraday bag better than airplane mode?
Airplane mode is a software setting, so it depends on your phone doing what it says. A Faraday bag blocks the radio signal itself, whatever the software is doing. If you're worried about tracking or a compromised phone, that physical barrier is the layer that doesn't rely on trust.
Will my phone fit?
The pouch is designed to fit all phones, with a slim profile that slides into a pocket or bag.
Will it damage my phone?
No. The lining is passive fabric with no power and nothing active. Your phone simply loses signal while it's sealed inside. Calls, texts and notifications come through once you take it out.
Can Find My locate my phone while it's in the pouch?
No, and that's the point. While it's sealed, your phone can't send its location, so Find My (Apple) and Find My Device (Google) can't see it either. If you might need to locate it, leave it out of the pouch.
Can I charge my phone inside the pouch?
No. Running a cable through the opening breaks the seal and lets signal through. Keep the flap fully closed while your phone is inside.
How is this different from an RFID-blocking wallet?
An RFID-blocking wallet only shields the short-range chips in cards. A Faraday phone pouch blocks a much wider range of signals: cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS, as well as RFID.
Is it really certified?
Yes. SecurityMan Faraday pouches are certified to MIL-STD-188-125, a US military standard for shielding against electromagnetic signals.
What about returns and warranty?
Every SecurityMan Faraday pouch comes with 30-day returns and a 1-year warranty. Orders ship from Amazon, and returns go through your Amazon account.
